It’s so NYT to male unsubscribing impossible. I spent an HOUR on hold waiting for a customer service rep to tell me they could not cancel my subscription because it was through Zuora. Do not subscribe.

I rely on the NYTimes cooking app often to prepare quick, easy, and delicious meals. It’s super useful and really great that it has so many and varied recipes. Also super that new recipes are added all the time. This app is so worth it.
