2024-07-08	Re*****	I’ve reached out to the company, to no avail. After selecting “Complete Your Collection“, from the iPad app, nothing changed. I decided to download the app on my iPhone and everything is there, except the current issue. I’ve done everything the faq stated, but I can only see the new issues on my iPhone, which is horrible when trying to read patterns or articles. Out of curiosity, I selected Complete Your Collection again, and was told I already had everything. Hmmm. I just want this problem fixed so I can utilize the app on my iPad.

Every time I open in I get an insufficient space error and I’ve removed a bunch of magazine downloads (which is a bummer because they are slow to re-download) Overall it’s not a very smooth app but it’s fine and does the job
