Subscriptions and Single Issues

Subscriptions are available on monthly or annual terms.

• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period • You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, for the same duration and at the current subscription rate for that product • You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase • No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period. This does not affect your statutory rights • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription • The app may offer a free trial. Good contents. Nice reviews! But buggy app. Often it loads only half of the contents.

I’ve subscribed for years but over time the design of the app had diminished dramatically. They’ve now reached the point where the app is annoying and unusable. They want to sell you other publications. Currently, they’ve now cluttered up my library by including their magazine “Match of the Day” which I have no interest. The result is a library completely cluttered with no way to remove them. To top it all off, their support offers no way to contact them. After all this time, I just cancelled. Their management is apparently clueless and arrogant. Look at the dates of my comments and their response. They’re not the least bit interested in helping customers. I even went to their Facebook page to complain and they never responded. Take your money elsewhere. Cycling Plus is now run by losers and rip-off artists.
