I enter to the app today because I have a new watch so, when I wanted to create my account it says “an error was occurred” or “it hasn’t server connection” what can I do!?!?! I cannot use my smart watch for this problem 😡😡😡

The device itself is great. I can’t stand the bulky designs of some of the other brands. The app would really benefit from an option for the user to enter exercises other than walking/running for a more accurate calorie count.

App did work well (in terms of text notifications)but now only works after I open the app for the day. Not holding out hope for them to update it because, well it is Acer...not the greatest brand name
