EasyNG Charge Capture&Charting

EasyNG Charge Capture & Charting is a mobile workflow extension for NextGen EMR, designed for cardiology, behavioral health, and surgical specialties. It speeds up hospital charging and charting by letting you manage patients, capture charges directly to NextGen, search Dx/CPT codes, share notes with partners, upload photos and documents, and replace your signature pad with an integrated signature capture. It also supports Dragon Medical dictation mapped to templates and posts charges to the EMR’s holding area, helping reduce transcription costs.

The app works offline during EHR outages and syncs automatically when reconnected. It offers offline data capture, rapid data mapping to your templates, and mobile access to patient details, demographics, vitals, labs, and documents. It’s optimized for iPhone and iPad, KBM 8.1+ compatible, and requires a server component to integrate with your EMR. Features include inbox overview, appointment reviews, PAQ item management, and secure sharing of notes with your care team.
