We're paying for leads that are not guaranteed and sometimes the clients don't even respond If anything the client should pay to get different quotes, once the job is guaranteed then you take your cuts. This app is a rip off. They send leads that don't match your services that you still have to pay for even if the client doesn't book. At least before we could try to reach out to people if our leads are not booking. You guys changed that so we have to pay for everything without a booking guaranteed I've lost over $700 in unguarabteed bookings That's a rip off We're all trying to start off our businesses

This app will let you go as far as you want with your business it’s up to you weither or not you will make it or break it this app keeps you on your toes being a competitive contractor willing to pay to play you will thrive off of this platform, I love the opportunity and the great customers that I have worked for since I have been with thumbtack I’ll forever use this platform to get leads. Thanks thumbtack !!!!

Florida Lead prices have gone up, while the quality has gotten worse — there are a lot of ghost leads, clients with no budget, and people who are just shopping around for prices.
