Immediately hit with links to upgrade this and that. Connection to wifi and SpotCam server drops constantly. I've had it on for 1-hour and seen about 2-minutes of video.

I’ve had two of the cameras for a few months now and I really wanted to like the setup with the app. After updates and even contacting support at one point, I can’t really say that I recommend these products. This app is plagued with crashes, freezes, and stuck just trying to load when trying to replay a recorded event. It’s actually kind of frustrating. I’m going to be looking around for a new setup and ditching these soon. Before anyone wonders, it’s not the internet at the location of these either. That was the first thing I checked from top to bottom.

As title. The live view prompts you to continue every 10 minutes for no reason. Very annoying. It is unacceptable as a baby monitor for night sleeping. Also doesn’t provide streaming over LAN. All traffics must go through their cloud controller which is a security risk, and makes product unusable when your WAN connection has limited bandwidth.
