Reviews consistently cite easy navigation and in-app convenience as positives, and that it can provide extra cash. However, major drawbacks recur: very low pay for the distance/time involved, inconsistent or scarce job availability, frequent technical issues (crashes, sign-up problems, uploading), poor customer support with ghosting, and heavy spam from notifications/emails. Some users also note UI/experience limits (no map view) and localization glitches. Overall, the app can be a minor side-income tool, but reliability, value, and support are frequent deal-breakers.
This app is a waste of time. You’ll go through a process to obtain work then it just emails you to let you know it has too many lookers already; and will not be processing you further. Give us a heads up so we aren’t waiting trying to gain employment when you don’t even have it to offer. Seems like a startup that’s following the dollars of insurance. People making money off people, by having other people do the work for a fraction of pay.
It’s important to have a live person handy. Any of number of things could go wrong. There are plenty of nuances as a looker. I think it’s important to bring back a life person.
