• enter signed UAH payments
• review of payment history for the whole period of service;
• access to detailed information on the current, credit and deposit accounts;
• review and analysis of current payments schedule applicable to loans and debts (liabilities);
• review of bank statements and sent documents;
• transactions with currency: SWIFT transfers, purchases, sale and conversion transactions;
• review and analysis of remaining balance on card accounts;
• reference information from the Bank (actual tariff changes, work schedule, etc.);
• review of the Bank’s currency rates;
• search of the nearest Bank branches and ATMs;
• feedback and advice from the Bank.
