The new app only allows a Bluetooth access. If your CCA looses its BT interface, you are SOL. The older Tigo EL v. 4.x also has WiFi and Ethernet interfaces to get around the broken BT. I have had 3 CCA’s loose the communication interfaces. Two stand-alone and one ATS internal CCA’s. Not a good track record. Will try an external BT usb fob as a source. Hopefully it will work. Recommend not upgrading the old android Tigo El v. 4.x app.
