I’ve been using Things for years. Unfortunately, I can’t natively change address links from Apple Maps to MapQuest. The best workaround is to create an Apple Shortcut that converts an address into a MapQuest link and inserts it into Things. Then tapping that link opens MapQuest instead of Apple Maps
