Every single time I have ordered subway through the app and I have to go pick it up my sandwiches are always wrong. I have given it multiple tries but this last I’m now giving up on it. When it’s a pick up order they do not add extra meat even though you pay extra for it, every time I’ve put for it to be toasted it was not toasted, and they just don’t care. But the most frustrating part is that the subway app doesn’t have a refund option and instead I have to talk to an AI and tell them what’s wrong and then wait for an email back from subway but then don’t even end up with a refund. That’s insane I’m paying $30 for TWO sandwich’s and they aren’t made correctly and I can’t even get a refund back!!
