However, reliability problems (uploads, crashes), limited editing, aggressive media compression, spotty map functionality, and weak support heavily affect the user experience. When it works, it shines as a collaborative memory-sharing tool for trips.

Clean, well-organized layout and navigation that makes reviewing photos pleasant.
Ability to print or purchase photo books from trips at affordable prices.
Great for collaborative memory sharing among friends and family.

Cons

Frequent uploading failures, slow performance, and overall reliability issues leading to crashes and freezes.
Editing capabilities are limited, with no easy way to edit items after posting (and captions).
Media quality is degraded due to heavy compression, resulting in pixelated photos/videos.
Location features/maps are limited or buggy and integration with Apple Maps is not seamless.
Support and responsiveness have been poor, making troubleshooting difficult.

It seems the app wasn't really tested and debugged. So many little things that keep failing. Often we get errors even trying to update 1 picture. Alerts are buggy and lots of other errors and failures.

I have created and bought numerous books from this AP with high satisfaction. I am trying to create the 5th book from a trip and the photo selection has ceased to scroll for me to add pages on the 5.5” glued soft back book requested. I need the program specialists to resolve this issue. I have spent some 5 days trying to get help from cluster support without a solution to the problem. I would appreciate a resolution to this problem.
