Count, track and control calorie intake to prevent or manage overweight or obesity and related diseases such as type 2 diabetes mellitus, enlarged fatty liver, some cancers, and inflammatory diseases. All food and drink popups indicate whether the item is a plant, good prebiotic, probiotic or ultra-processed food (UPF) to inform a healthy diet and whether they are high or low FODMAP per serving where data are available to support people with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Set your target daily calorie intake based on guidance provided in the app and your preferences for weights of food (g or oz) and display of calorie content in foods and beverages (ie, kcal or %target/serving, kcal/100g or kcal/1oz, or %target/100g or %target/1oz). Record food and beverage consumption using the barcode scanner, dictation, search or by favoriting foods and using the serving sizes provided (which can be changed at any time).
