Poor… I tried reaching out by chat to discuss why I have to pay for the PPL app and I was told there were no Agents available. I believe the point in having a chat line is to always have Agents available.

Having trouble login to the app because when I tap on to the app it kicks me off

This app is a nightmare, they fix one bug and add 10 new. Even if you clock timely, it’s simply may not record it. Needless to say anything about customer service, its the worst, underground level
