Superduper useful. Recommended by a number of healthcare providers. One thing I wish it did better was provide information on vitamins and minerals, and the RDA of things like iron, potassium, calcium all of that. I like to try to get as many of those vitamins and minerals from food rather than supplements.

I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about yet another app on my phone that was barely useful. This app has everything at my fingertips and it’s so easy to use. I wish I’d known about it sooner.
