R2G is a Chrome extension for property inventories that streamlines creating top-quality reports for Inventory, Check-in, Check-out, and Mid-term inspections. It supports two on-device modes: Audio for dictation and Text using the Intelligent Keyboard Engine (IKE™) Predictive Keyboard, which anticipates inventory terms and guides you as you describe items (for example, suggesting doors-related words as you describe them).

Work flows on-site with a guided process, and a portal lets you manage completed reports and account settings. After entering or dictating details, media is uploaded and a completion checklist ensures all items are covered; the final PDF report can be edited if needed. R2G is designed for landlords, inventory clerks, and estate agents of all sizes, offering free Text mode inventories, ease of use, optional in-app purchases to enhance reports, and a proven process to deliver precise, detailed, professional documents.
