Cannot reset password. Login failure. Can’t reset anything. Can’t find my school account to eat!!!

Soooo, if the app works fine for schools to accept payments, how friggin hard is it to make it work to send payments? Lazy useless and a waste of the service fee. What the heck am I paying a service fee for if I can’t use the app for MY convenience.
