Provide healthcare professionals access to your data, record symptoms, and locate an ImPACT-trained care provider anytime, anywhere. Grant care providers immediate access to your test results and symptom records by providing them your Passport ID, a unique identification code received upon completion of an ImPACT®, ImPACT Pediatric®, ImPACT Quick Test®, or Cognitive Impairment Screener™ (CIS).

Users repeatedly report passport ID recognition failures preventing login, inability to view test results after signing in, clunky ID entry UI with formatting/paste problems, and missing access features for parents or athletic staff to view scores.

Cons

Passport IDs are frequently not recognized by the app, causing login failures and 'not in our system' or 'invalid ID' messages.
Users cannot access or view test results/baseline scores after signing in, even when login succeeds.
ID entry is buggy and hard to use on mobile: long date selectors, no ability to paste, and strict dash/format requirements that trigger errors.
The app promises access for parents/providers but none of those options are available; it cannot display or retrieve scores for others.

Extremely poor user interface to enter ID from a phone. Had to move month by month from 1986 to 2006 in order to enter birthdate. Can’t paste in ID. Had to manually enter the 12 digit ID.

I just completed this and when I go to sign in my completion it says not in our system I guess they take a long tile to update I will try again another time annoying and slow
