Recent reviews

No returns. Store credit only. However, there is no way to enter store credit in payment field on website or in the app. So I sent back my item, and received bogus store credit. How is this not theft? And their customer service team is unresponsive. I requested a password reset over 24 hours ago and still no response.

The clothes look really cute but the app is so buggy it's not worth dealing with

I have only purchased a few things from Tobi. I was satisfied with them. The prices are reasonable and quality is decent. Their site however is Terrible! It takes so long to scroll through items ! I am sure many quit shopping. There isn't a ‘back ‘ button option. So if you are on page 5 looking through hundreds of items, click on something when you want to go back and look again you go back to page one. It is extremely frustrating and too time consuming. It is a very basic feature 99% online sites have. I hope they fix this. Most online shoppers do online to save time .
