User reviews consistently cite reliability and eligibility issues. The app frequently crashes, won't load data, and blocks access to benefits. Sign-in and registration often fail due to unresponsive input, misplaced buttons, or confusing UI. Many World Elite cards are not recognized or flagged as not eligible, causing frustration and misleading expectations. The overall UX is clunky and unhelpful—search and chat are not well-optimized, and in many cases the app offers little beyond a phone number for concierge.

Normally I don’t complain about apps but this is ridiculous for a while the app worked, then it did not, now i completely can’t use it now it wants a code texted to your number and I press the button to do that and it takes you back to the login screen every time.

Can’t register because the submit button is too far down and cannot scroll down to it. Can’t chat with MC customer customer service because it’s a window in a window and also not optimized. I’m working way too hard to try to access this “benefit”.
