It covers the full staffing lifecycle: plan vacant work periods, allocate and approve shifts, capture availability, handle change requests, manage leave, track illnesses, and issue temporary certificates. It also consolidates communications in one place — internal email, text messages, chat, notice board, and documents — so everyone stays aligned. The current schedule is viewable by day, week, or month, with the option to add, modify, or remove work periods and automatic suggestions for temps.

Every employee has a secure login to view the schedule (their own and colleagues), book available shifts, apply for changes or leave, read employee information, and collaborate with teammates. ipool is easy to start (a portal can be up for all employees in hours), accessible worldwide from any internet-connected device, and adaptable to different sizes and needs.
