Sometimes it say it starts and half the time the AC is not running when I get out to the car

The app works good for the most part. The main issue I have had is the remote start with climate has not worked for at least the last six months. The dealership says it’s an issue with the app. When I tried to contact them I never got a response. If this function would work I would easily given 5 starts
