Having a horrible time charging this car, never had this problem with my TESLA ever since I bought this car and April of this year 2026 my ionic nine has an issue every other day charging. Nobody reached out to last time. I had this problem. They gave us a new plug came home plug plugged it in. Worked fine for a couple of weeks now it’s having a problem again!!!!!!! Will somebody please fix this issue

The app works okay when it works. But I feel a majority of the time the app will have a TLS problem or some connectivity issue when every other app works. Errors like this happens way too often.
