Have not got my meds right since January this place is a joke

I went into the app, sure that I messed up when I sat up my delivery address which is not the same as billing, it wasn’t me! I wanted my meds delivered to my partner’s house because he works from home for the most part and to save money I cut the Wi-Fi off my house and just hot spot when need be, we’re only 8 miles from each home, It is very concerning though when we’re Florida. And what’s more I was not notified by text, good thing I checked my email!
