What is going on!? Last time I went to order OTC there 3 items I never “previously ordered” now there are 8, none of which I have ever ordered. How do I remove them? Also, I really don’t understand the point of having my medications set up for auto refills if you are going to waste my time, and money when I am out of the country, by calling to ask is I want a refill!

0–Centerwell is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. Just now I requested a prescription on May 3, but the pharmacy didn’t send it till the05-13. Then I called, said the renewal was 05- 13 and why wasn’t it sent so it would get here on time? Pharmacy assured me it it would get here to me in 3-5 days. It is now 05-16, and I checked in app, to find it was being returned to sender!! Why? I hate this pharmacy

I called today and had a simple question. I had the fortunate opportunity of speaking with Alex an Amazing young woman who was happy and the most pleasant customer service representative I have ever spoken with in my entire life. Not only did she answer my question, she checked my account and reviewed it with my permission and noticed some issues. She corrected the issues with me on the phone, placed me on a brief hold and contacted 2 of my doctors to get authorization after she got my approval. Gave me an estimated time when my medications should arrive. Then wished me a happy, healthy, beautiful, blessed day. I was so happy I want to only talk to her from now on. She is an asset to your company and I hope you let her know.
