You can post plays to BGG and import existing plays from BGG, Yucata, and Board Game Arena to get started quickly.

Manage your collection with statuses like Owned, Wishlist, and Want to Play, and handle multiple copies per title. Use tailor-made score sheets (over 2800 game-specific sheets) to enter scores, set scoring rules, and run team or cooperative plays. Explore insights with charts and filters across time periods, and compare players. Export and import backups, share data across devices with optional cloud sync, and leverage advanced filters, tags, and custom filters to analyze exactly what you want.

You have to pay to purchase the app and then you have to pay to get full usage of the app. I hate how I can’t see certain statistics that I’m tracking.
