2026-03-30 Jl***** i’m on my 3rd password reset this week. to reset you have to call the bank, they reset it to “start1”, have to wait 15 minutes, and then change password.. usually works, until my call 15 minutes ago.. definitely needs an upgrade, update or something

2026-03-04 Sk***** This app for the bank is very poorly put together and is very outdated but the biggest problem is the issue with login info this will be the 3 time!!!! In a week I have had to call the bank to get the login info reset due to failure to accept login info or failure to reset password.
