I have used this several times and never been able to see the results, that this app claims to do.

It’s a good nap, App I like it. I just wish it had how much sleep you’ve had. I don’t know what the clock thing means. I guess if it’s on the 15 on the side or left, it’s a 15. I wish I had how much sleep you had when you wake up you see it easily.
