Tried using app but fields show as blank until selected. Pictures don’t save unless I complete entire form I’m assuming.

First of all, my login wasn’t working when I initially used the app. They said they were working on it and it would be fixed by the next day, which it was. But there is no explanation or description of the different aspects of the app. I was wondering how they were going to get my information. Turns out you have to tap “upload” which I thought was for photos and therefore never tapped it. It should say “finish” or “complete” or “done” or “send”. Because “upload” is NOT clear enough, especially since the entire purpose of the site is to upload photos. Now my invitation has expired so I have to schedule an inspector to come do all of this for me which wastes my time. The email reminding me when my expiration is could have said “be sure to upload when complete” or the app could say that as well.
