User Reviews

Wrike on iOS shows strong PM concepts and some on-the-go collaboration, but reviews are dominated by mobile-fluency problems: slow performance, bugs, and missing desktop features like calendar and Scrum. The result is a clunky, unreliable mobile experience despite real-time collaboration potential.
Pros
  • On-the-go collaboration via the mobile app keeps teams productive.
  • Versatile project management concepts implemented via 'spaces' and task notes/attachments for reviews/approvals.
  • Client engagement can be maintained with unlimited viewers.
Cons
  • Mobile app performance and reliability issues (slow loads, crashes, and login problems).
  • Incomplete feature parity with the desktop (missing calendar, Scrum boards, workload view; hard to edit dates and manage subtasks).
  • Poor mobile UX and navigation (not intuitive; maze of approvals; difficult to locate items).
  • Stability issues after updates (new bugs; login failures; sometimes forces use of web).
Recent reviews
My team has been using Wrike for over a year now and we thoroughly enjoy its versatility and ease of use. The spaces feature has allowed us to separate our traditional projects and managed services offerings while seamlessly tracking team member contributions and planning tasks. The ability to have unlimited viewers allows us to keep clients engaged without disrupting our workflows or the need to spend excessive time on administrative tasks. Notes and attachments are available for review and approval with minimal effort. On occasion I have experienced my Personal space duplicate itself, which appears to be a glitch. Customer service has been highly engaged and responsive when these and other issues arose in the past. While some of the mobile app features are not as seamless as the desktop client, it still provides a quality user experience. I keenly recommend Wrike as a PM solution for your growing organization or agency.

Not intuitive and too complicated.

Would love a more functional version of this app. Generally unpleasant to use. Simple functionality like accessing links, viewing media, and marking tasks are so clunky that I prefer to just wait until I’m able to access the desktop version.
