It links directly into Smiths News’ systems, so updates to orders, claims and deliveries are instant with no paperwork. It's fast, reliable, and aims to improve service for UK newspaper and magazine buyers.

Key features include managing deliveries (view and filter by product type); live claims into Smiths News’ SAP system; monitor credits; manage orders (alterations and view history); view recall notes; barcode search for titles; and receive important messages about re-runs, late deliveries, and non-time-critical information. To use SNapp, you need a Smiths News customer number and a secure password.
