Bought a 2018 Accord. Needs collision sensor. Part alone is $700. Called in a arbitration. These fools said because there is a pic that shows the dash with the ACC light on the clam is denied even though the car was sold green light. Any other auction would announce this. Also bought a civic and had it for 4 months with no title. The big dealers pretty much use it just to sell there junk that they can’t sell in the adesa auctions.

Very poor Arbirtation process and the staff unprofessional to deal with Arbirtation then when sale void it take forever to get your money back If I can give less than one star I will do
