Recent reviews

We booked extra to book for seats for train. Now train has changed but there is no way to book seats in new train. Also if you reach out to customer support it’s all AI. So you can’t talk to anyone. Horrible customer support. Good luck!

they do not honor policies they force you to buy, app and ai are no help to carry out functions the 0 physical employees should be doing, ai lies about talking to an “ agent” or being contacted by an “agent”
