So I will start by admitting had I read every detail my issue mostly would’ve not occurred but, this app offered vouchers to tickets that need to be picked up at a separate in person location at a either a self kiosk that I couldn’t find or the specific help desk that had about 20 people in line, now had I know I would have came 30-45 minutes early which I could do but most can’t, once I discovered the problem and the solution it was too late and refunds are only offered 2 months prior to departure 😐, if you want slightly cheaper tickets come way way way earlier than you would need to or pay a bit more for a straight forward train ticket

The app itself is great, I appreciate being able to easily purchase tickets. Every time I disable promotional push notifications they huger reenabled. I have to disable notifications entirely and lose functionality.
