Next to impossible to find the shuttle schedule. “Click here” takes you to a useless page to click another link which gives nothing pertinent. Servers screw up your food order and promise to refund your credits but they never actually refund even after getting a food & beverage manager involved and going to guest services. All the poker promos say “see poker rep for details.” Why not post the details in the app? When you ask a poker representative about their promos, they’re either unsure and/or seem annoyed that they’re answering the same question for the 367th time.

The old app used Face ID. It clearly showed my progress to the next tier, showed my comps, tallied my logins, and made you wanna use it daily. With this new app I’ve got to pull over to type in my email and password. That’s why I barely use it anymore. In essence it just isn’t customer friendly. The old one wasn’t broke.
