BenchApp is easy to use and widely adopted for team communication and scheduling, but users report serious reliability issues: notifications not delivering, disruptive updates, login problems, chat glitches, and attendance/account switching frustrations, with inconsistent support. Overall, it’s useful but hampered by stability and notification problems.

Very easy to use and navigate.
Great for team communication and scheduling.
Widely used by teams and helps run a team smoothly.
Better UX compared with some competitors (e.g., TeamSnap).

Cons

Notifications (push and email) are unreliable and hard to control.
Frequent, intrusive updates cause bugs and sometimes block features.
Login/authentication problems; cannot login or reset emails fail.
Chat reliability issues; emotes missing, messages disappear, posts fail.
Attendance/parent–child switching is clunky and confusing.

Lots of great ideas but terrible execution. Lots of glitches with buttons not working. Sign up for Pro didn’t work. Used to have a really good app but I think the more that was added the worse it got with glitches and bugs. Very expensive for what you are getting. Not worth it in my opinion.

App makes you go through a full screen nag to upgrade to paid all too often when you open it, even opening it from a notification that you have a message from your team.
