Absolutely horrible. You will waste time and money waiting only to be told no delivery will be made. The 99% match success is absolute lie. Customer service is appropriately useless and misleading. They will take a prepaid money to secure the task though. Run elsewhere or do it yourself

This service is the worst service ever! My helper stated he could do the task as he could not move the desk. I them called for a refund since the task was not completed only to have customer service tell me I would not get a refund. They offered me no solution were not apologetic and made me believe I would not be refunded as they viewed this as me canceling though it was their helper that canceled because he could not move the desk. Worst service and horrible customer service. Will never recommend! I did not even want to give one star however was forced to in order to leave a review!
