App constantly stalls and crashes it also likes to make you log in alot weather is always in accurate due to using accuweather. If you want a smart thermostat other than google resideo wont do try an ecobee

On first use Resideo directed me to a new app called First Alert. That app required me to create an account and grant location and Bluetooth access. The thermostat I want to set up doesn’t use Bluetooth and connects by wi-fi. So I returned to this app and tried to login. Nope! Honeywell has abandoned the only app that supported the thermostats in my home and won’t support them in its newer apps. This teaches me that “smart” thermostats will become brain-dead whenever the manufacturer decides. Might as well get a mechanical thermostat that just sets temperature and doesn’t pry into my personal life for vendable data.

The app gives limited info. Ecobee was much better. Not sure why hvac guy masks is use this lame app with limited info and no hourly history Report with the hourly outside temp, inside temp usage, fan use, cool time, heat time, how many stages are running, inside humidity, outside humidity,
