However, recurring issues dominate: frequent sign-in/password resets, devices disconnecting or the app crashing, and inaccurate presence detection for multiple users. Onboarding friction includes ads and prompts to install another app, and many users want a dark mode plus more flexible scheduling (e.g., multiple saves, fewer daily limits). When the experience stays stable, it’s capable; the persistent reliability and UX problems drive most of the negative sentiment.

Recent reviews

You always have to click on the app twice, because the first time you click on it, it shows the status of the last time you used it. The second time you click on the app, it will update to the current environment. Also, occasionally the app forces you to log back in, there should never be a need to do that after the initial login. A user might need to make an adjustment to their HVAC, and might not have the password handy.

PLEASE ADD A DARK OPTION!!! I hate how it’s not customizable, and we’re stuck with the white background. Same goes for the thermostat, add an option for a dark background!!!!
