Unfortunately, this app has been unreliable for me. Photos shared through classroom chats frequently do not load unless I close and reopen the app, and the app has also crashed on multiple occasions. I also find the large number of unrelated classroom chats difficult to navigate, which can make important messages from my children’s teachers easier to miss. I have contacted support and shared feedback, but the suggested workarounds usually do not resolved the issues. I hope future updates improve the app’s reliability and organization by meaningfully incorporating feedback from the parents, families, and staff who actually use it every day, rather than relying solely on district-level decisions.
