أواجه مشكلة في تطبيق شاهد على جهاز iPhone 12. منذ يومين والتطبيق لا يعمل إطلاقًا، إذ يتوقف عند شاشة البداية التي تحمل شعار MBC ويستمر في التحميل دون أن يفتح. لقد قمت بحذف التطبيق وإعادة تثبيته، وأعدت تشغيل الهاتف، وتأكدت من أن اتصال الإنترنت يعمل بشكل طبيعي، كما أن جميع التطبيقات الأخرى تعمل دون أي مشكلة. كما أن حسابي يعمل بشكل طبيعي على هاتف آخر (سامسونج) باستخدام نفس شبكة Wi-Fi، مما يدل على أن المشكلة تقتصر على جهاز الآيفون. أرجو منكم مساعدتي في حل هذه المشكلة، وإفادتي إذا كان هناك خلل معروف أو حل يمكن اتباعه. شكرًا لكم.
