Users repeatedly report a buggy streaming experience on Apple devices, with playback failures, lagging video, and audio/video issues. A dominant gripe is that the app won’t remember your place, can’t resume across devices, and doesn’t track watched episodes. Billing and cancellation problems (charges after attempting to cancel, slow or unhelpful support) compound frustration. Casting to TV is unreliable, and some devices experience startup delays. Despite a library of content, reliability and usability issues heavily undermine the service.

We love the variety of stories. The app can be very buggy – we access it via Apple TV. More buggy on TV than with mobile app. Trying to watch the dry and it will not play. Also frustrating that you cannot have different user profiles, you cannot tell which episode episodes you have seen or not And it doesn’t tell you the date of episodes.
