This app is the best. I miss having my watch to wear with the app as it is so much easier and more convenient with the watch. I also feel the readings are more accurate with the watch. But all in all the app is very informative and gives great feedback to use to understand your sleep patterns. Understanding your patterns is key in changing your sleep so you are getting better quality sleep and waking up more refreshed.
