This is the worst church tithing app I’ve ever used. It will only allow you to give to the general fund and it will not allow you to print out your donations at the end of the year for tax purposes, the export to PDF button is useless. I’m trying to convince my Pastors to dump this awful service, very unreliable.

I went to pay my tithes and offering and kept getting rerouted without receiving a confirmation. Low and behold my payment processed twice. I tried calling them to let them know they have a system glitch and the rep was unconcerned and told me to call the church for a refund.

This needs to be stopped!!! I hate this new change. I even removed the app and it still takes out my money which isn’t right at all! I am very disappointed!! You messed up my family friend’s donation without his consent. He had to remove the app.
