Hi, I really have been enjoying this game for a few years now. The plots are fun and graphics very cool. The big issue to me are the costs of clothes especially the ones you have to buy with diamonds—but it’s not easy to acquire the diamonds! There used to be more opportunities to achieve diamonds but you took those away-WHY? When you’re doing the fashion battles so many of the winning outfits cost 100 +diamonds. Pls give us more options to buy clothes with dollars my character is now MARRIED but all her spouse wants to do is shop. Shouldn’t there be a shift now that they’re a couple? The progress through each story is VERY slow.

This app has a fun storyline. That’s the only reason this isn’t 1 star. But there’s so much going on at once that it’s super-confusing! With so many things competing for your attention, it’s easy to miss what’s actually happening. Earned diamonds have vanished more than once, including 25 gone just 15 minutes ago. This isn’t a rare hiccup. It happens a lot. The ads and paywalls only add to the chaos. I’ve emailed support multiple times and never gotten a single reply. A game this complicated needs support that actually responds when something goes wrong. This one doesn’t.
