The DQ-Track device paired with the Discovery Insure app provides real-time driving feedback and rewards for safe driving, including up to R1,500 in monthly fuel rewards. However, the majority cite recurring issues: significant battery drain from continuous GPS/location tracking, inaccurate or unfair scoring (including incorrect speed limits and penalties), reliability problems after updates (crashes, open-errors, and Vitality sync failures), and inconsistent trip recording (some drives aren’t logged or start late). Recent reviews

The app has two serious problems. The first is that it can drain your battery if you leave it active. The second problem is that nanny is seriously over strict and inaccurate on driving behavior. I patrol for the neighborhood watch and at 30km/h it keeps penalizing me for breaking and cornering. Don’t even start me on cell phone use. The old version was way better
