I have enjoyed and benefited from my time with elevate. The exercises are a great start to your day and make you feel sharper and more productive. Although I can’t prove anything, I do think a few exercises like this daily can do a little bit in terms of keeping your brain sharp. It beats social media that’s for sure. That said, after 300 days, the exercises are getting reallllyyy repetitive. I don’t think I will renew my subscription for this reason, but I don’t regret getting it.
