Recent reviews

Their website and app for finding the nearest drop off has been broken for years. If you don’t have a specific address and are using the map view to find a drop off, you have to finagle the map at the right zoom level and position to find a place. So dumb. How’d you manage to break that and leave it broken? Like, this is the kind of stuff that’ll hurt your business, and you just went on without fixing it. Did you fire all of your devs? They also broke the Apple Pay button recently. RIP.
