I can’t log in. Tried changing the password and still doesn’t work. Tried creating another account but can’t because the account that supposedly doesn’t exist is taking up my email. So it’s a huge waist of time on the job.

They never seem to work. Waste a lot of time following the steps and the tool is useless because the updates do not work.

Without an Internet connection and your phone or tablet is away from the tools for too long, you go to next job, it forces you to log back in and it must have Internet connection. Sometimes in rural areas with no Internet connection or in city and the internet connection is down, guess what? no tools working! that sucks. Frequently disconnect from my wireless probes between the SMAN gauges and the joblink phone app.
