I haven’t even used the app yet, but I am completely disgusted by this. You literally have to create an account in order to use the product you just spent hundreds or thousands of dollars on. No, I don’t want to give you my information and I certainly don’t want you sending me anything.

Great when it works. Definitely don’t get rid of analog, because occasionally the app doesn’t work, or worse, takes your probes hostage in the middle of a project. I’ve had stuff stop working because it needs an update. “It takes 5 minutes”. My experience is 20 min to it taking hours. Currently trying to update band new probes and they won’t take an update. Downloads until it dies. I left one to update overnight with new batteries and phone on charger. Woke up, still downloading. And yes I followed listed procedures for the blue etc.
