Circuit électrique is easy to use with clear pricing/charging data and solid in-car usability (CarPlay) and traveler accessibility. However, reviews repeatedly flag major drawbacks: a costly, non-NFC card is required; CarPlay sessions can drop and data may not refresh; search/route features are not always intuitive; and charging rate data can be inaccurate for some stations. These issues significantly impact everyday usability.

The app has a number of negative points that make it hard to use: 1. It constantly logs you out when your account is connected by Apple ID. A session lasts 24 hours. This means that you can’t even see available locations on CarPlay because an unauthorized message appears on the screen. 2. No NFC card. It could be useful to have instead of needing to order the $15 card. 3. No Apple Pay support both for paying and a potential NFC charging card. 4. In CarPlay there should be a refresh button on the available locations, as it seems the availability information gets cached and never refreshes after the first request. 5. It would be useful to add the possibility of an alert when no charging power is being transmitted to the car in addition to the 6 hour time limit. Many cars don’t alert you when the charging has completed. 6. Perhaps add a filter to display new locations only.
