Widgetmania lets you design and customize your own widgets for your home screen with endless possibilities. Create Date, Time and/or Calendar, Notes, and Photos widgets, then tailor each widget with backgrounds (colors or images), borders, fonts, sizes, and more. Preview three widget sizes to see how they look before placing them on your home screen.

It also supports iOS Health app integration and lets you set rules for when and where widgets appear. The app offers a premium subscription (monthly or annual) with auto-renewal via the App Store, and a Privacy Policy and Terms page for your reference.
