Most users report a fragile FlexMLS mobile app plagued by constant login problems, slow performance, and unreliable access to listings and search results. Updates frequently worsen usability, causing freezes and data issues; the app lacks essential features and presents a clunky, inconsistent mobile experience (especially on iPad). Overall, there is widespread dissatisfaction and concerns about value for money due to persistent defects across multiple reviews.

Persistent login issues: users are repeatedly logged out, timeouts, and sometimes forced to log in via a web browser rather than in-app.
Slow performance and stability problems: frequent freezes, crashes, and overall sluggishness, especially during field work.
Unreliable listing/search data: searches fail or return incomplete/missing results, listings don’t load, and links/data can be broken or inaccurate.
Post-update usability regressions: updates frequently deteriorate the user experience, remove or hide features, or disrupt flows.
Poor mobile UX and missing core functionality: clunky navigation, not scalable on devices like iPad, and limitations in essential tasks such as editing listings or performing common actions.

Recent reviews

The listing detail page is far worse than it was. There is a new scroll (left to right) that is completely unnecessary. Now you have to make more touches on the app to find the information you need. Information is nestled under headers that don’t make sense. Schools are not keywords. Stories are not keywords. How to Show and LB type should be under showing info, not listing details. Listing details should show beds, baths, sf values (as well as at top). It seems like they didn’t have experienced agents helping with this.
