eBooking (mobile version), launched by Ctrip on April 22, 2014, is an intelligent mobile terminal for hotel back-end management. It provides core functions like Booking and Inventory, enabling real-time hotel operations across networks while maintaining low data usage and cross-carrier / cross-OS compatibility.

Key capabilities include real-time order acceptance, processing, and notifications. The system shows unprocessed orders and supports mobile actions to accept, reject, or modify orders, with convenient order details. In addition, Inventory management lets users open or stop sales, adjust allotments, and view daily inventory by room type in a calendar.
